The Party Conference in Birmingham has just finished and it would be fair to say it has been very different to the format of recent years - both in respect of it being an opportunity for members to hear from our four prospective leaders, and in the reintroduction of member debates.
It was an honour to chair the debate on building a strong economy, and to hear from our members as well as from Laura Trott MP, Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury in responding to it.
